Aida – Dental Hygienist
Aida has been a dedicated dental hygienist for over two decades, having graduated from the Fones School of General Dentistry. She is committed to providing compassionate, gentle, and honest care to each of her patients. Originally from the former Soviet Union, Aida immigrated to the United States with a degree in chemical engineering but decided to pursue her passion for dental hygiene. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, immersing herself in new cultures, reading, and most importantly, spending quality time with her loved ones.
Kinysha – Dental Hygienist
Kinysha Castellano is a dedicated dental hygienist at West Hartford Dental Group. She began her dental career as an assistant before earning her dental hygiene degree from Goodwin University. Passionate about helping people love their smiles, Kinysha strives to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Originally from Hartford, she’s a proud mother of two and enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her Yorkie of many years. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Rita – Dental Assistant
Rita is a dedicated dental assistant with 10 years of experience in the field. Originally from Albania, she also spent time living in Greece before moving to the United States. Rita is passionate about ensuring that patients feel comfortable and satisfied with the treatments and services provided. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Angela – Dental Assistant
Angela is a skilled dental assistant with over 10 years of experience in the field. Having earned several dental certifications from Porter and Chester Institute, she is passionate about helping patients not only achieve beautiful smiles but also overcome dental anxiety. Outside of work, Angela enjoys immersing herself in a book series, going for nature walks, and cherishing the time spent with her daughter and family.
Kathy – Office Manager
Kathy is our Treatment and Insurance Coordinator. With over 15 years of experience in the dental field, she helps patients navigate their insurance coverage with ease, ensuring they fully understand their benefits and feel confident moving forward with their treatment. Friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, Kathy takes the time to review each patient’s case with care and attention to detail. When she’s not at the office, Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, Frankie, and their German Shepherd, Jake.
